Klubi e sheh si nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebrfshrijen sa m\u00eb t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb n\u00eb rrjedh\u00ebn e turizmit t\u00eb Alpeve Shqiptare (duke q\u00ebn\u00eb gjeografikisht n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb luginave m\u00eb me fluks turistik, si Shala dhe Valbona). U vendos si nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e klubit, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb vullnetare, do organizohen p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb plani p\u00ebr m\u00ebsim gjuhe angleze t\u00eb rinjve q\u00eb kan\u00eb njohuri kulturore dhe natyrore mbi lugin\u00ebn, q\u00eb t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb njohurit\u00eb e tyre si udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyes tek vizitor\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm. Kordinues dhe mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs I k\u00ebtyre klubeve t\u00eb vogla \u00ebsht\u00eb rrjeti I Aleanc\u00ebs, q\u00eb sh\u00ebrben si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues juridik p\u00ebr cdo klub an\u00ebtar.N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, nxiten sip\u00ebrmarrjet lokale dhe aktivizimi I komunitetit, si nj\u00eb ingranazh I fuqish\u00ebm n\u00eb zhvillimin e q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb zon\u00ebs dhe promovimin e qeverisjes s\u00eb mir\u00eb. T\u00eb dyja k\u00ebto elementa jan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbush\u00ebs dhe tregues t\u00eb arritjes s\u00eb rezultateve t\u00eb projektit, pas te gjith\u00eb vazhd\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb.
