Me ane te te dhenave te nxjerra nga flet-anketimi i komunitetit te ketyre dy parqeve dhe materialeve te mbledhura nga forumet e hapura dhe trajnimet e zhvilluara nga shoqata jone, u mblodh nje dokumentacion i pasur me qellim krijimin e kesaj rregulloreje.<\/p>\n<p>Ne permbajte, rregullorja perforcon dhe formalizon planet strategjike ekzistuese per keto dy zona, duke i dhene rigorozitet dhe mundesi per menaxhim me te qendrueshem. Te dyja rregulloret jane miratuar nga keshillat bashkiake te dy bashkive dhe jane konsoliduar me fuqi te plote legjislative.
